Horizontal PushTo unit will be set between the head and the base.
And, casters will be set on each foot bar.
As I like to browse on the terrestrial target, clamp free motion is necessity, which is not available on the original spec. So adding the horizontal unit is necessary.

脚ベースにヘッドを仮置きしてみました。
ベースとヘッドの間に、延長ピラー(150mm)を兼ねた外部水平回転ユニット（エンコーダ付き）を挿入し、脚の先端にはブレーキ付きのキャスターが付きます。（最終的に天面の高さが最適になる目算。）
当方の使い方では、地上ターゲットにフリーで鏡筒を向けられる必要があり、水平回転部の追加が必須なのです。オリジナルの状態だと、電源offでは架台を左右に振ることが出来ません。（これって不便だと思うのは私だけか？？）
