I received the second shot of the Corona Vaccine on 30th of July.
Happily,there were no vaccine side reactions at all, and my evening workout was as intense as usual.

7/30に無事、2回目のコロナワクチン接種を終えました。
副反応は接種部位の違和感を含めて一切なく、毎日の激しい自重筋トレも継続できました。
もっとも、副反応は若い方ほど顕著らしいので、自慢になりませんけどね。^^;
