| This is the simplest bearing plate of the Alt. axis of the new Central mount. It is the result of the long period of cut ant try.Only one piece of this plate makes up the bearing plate which was composed by five pieces of parts for the former model. The simple structure means not only the cut-back of the process, but also the easier assembly in the calibration of the axis compared with the former two plates system. これが新型の中軸式架台(130EDT-BINO）の垂直回転軸の軸受けプレートです。 従来モデルでは5個のパーツを組み合わせた２枚プレート構造でしたが、 今回の新型では、たった１枚のプレート(20mm厚)になりました。 これは、工程の合理化のみならず、従来モデルで必要だった２枚プレートの微妙なアライメント調整（捻れ調整）が不要で、組み付けが格段に容易になるメリットもあります。 クランプ機構も、スリット加工だけで施工できます。 今度は前モデルでは１枚で済んだ垂直回転プレートが２枚必要で、2枚で 中軸プレートを 挟む構造になりますが、総合的に見ると、今モデルの方がより合理的な構造になったと考えています。 エンコーダの内蔵がなければ、ずっと早く完成して いましたが、それとシンプルな構造を両立させるために長期間考えました。 |
