For the first check for planning the binoscope with this OTA, I checked the back-focus using an EMS-US as a gauge. The result is about 150mm of the back-focus but also found it easy to get another 30mm or more back focus by replacing the end adapter for the shorter one. (The new adapter should be made.)

BINOのプランニングの当初にチェックするのは、鏡筒のバックフォーカスです。EMS-USを光路長ゲージにして測ってみたところ、約150mm程度でしたので、無駄に長い末端アダプター部分を撤去して短い物（別作）と交換すれば、十分なバックフォーカスが確保できることを確認しました。（つまり、鏡筒は切断する必要がないということ。）
