I make it a rule to reply to your question email in several hours at the latest, or in most case, I will answer back your questions as as fast as the live chat. If you don’t receive my answer mail in 12 hours, it is very likely that your server rejects my e-mail for some over security reasons.
In such a case, please contact me by the Messenger of FACEBOOK rather than try to send e-mails repeatedly in vain.
