There are cases that your OTA does not have enough back-focus for the IPD-Helicoid, or you wish your Binoscope as compact as possible.
In those cases, you had to choose the sliding mount instead of the IPD Helicoid. But, if you insist on the solid (fixed) structure of the Binoscope with the minimum OTA span (“D”), you will wish zero-profiled IPD adjuster.
Today, the experiment is successful.

　小型のBINOを徹底的に軽量コンパクトに仕上げたいとか、鏡筒のバックフォーカスが目幅ヘリコイドの使用を許さないような場合、ゼロプロファイル（厚みゼロ）のヘリコイド（つまり最短長＝０）があると良いと思いませんか？
　去年から温めて来たアイデアを実験してみましたが、大成功でした。

　一見完成に見えますが、ミラー台座のシリコンの半硬化を一日待ってから、ミラーやハウジングのコバ塗り、内面塗装をしますので、明日の完成予定になります。（写真はミラーの仮セッテイングの状態）

　逐一公開しませんが、EMSのパーツ類はロット補充の度に改良を続けています。1年ほど前より、90Φバレルの末端内径に82mmのフィルターネジを施工しています。　31.7→50.8ADの末端に48mmフィルターネジを施工してからは、もう数年経過しました。

記憶する限り、ブラック仕様のEMS-UXLは今回が初めてかと・・・。
