I found some wind turbines on distant mountain ridge through the window of the hospital room of my mother, two days ago.
母の病室から窓の外をふと見たら、遠くの山の稜線に数機の風車（発電用）が見えました。

2-Wins and 2-Losses on each hand of under 70kg class of the beginner’s class, and  scarcely failed to take bronze medals.
But I think it the first step and have got some confidence.
My three dojo-members respectively won  the first, and the third prizes on the advanced classes of under and over 75kg.

まだ未熟な私は一般クラスにエントリーしましたが、右も左も２勝2負で、惜しくも銅メダルを逃す残念な結果に。
ただ、次に繋がりそうな手応えを感じることが出来ました。
道場の仲間3名は、それぞれ上級者クラスで、75kg超級（右）で優勝と3位、75kg以下級（右）で３位でした。

This is the pencil I got at the 24th National Sports Tournament held in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1969 at the age of 17.(50 years ago)
This is one of the old stuff I can’t dispose even if my wife urges me to. Though I and our team could not get through the first elimination, the ticket for the
National Sports Tournament in Nagasaki was my precious award of two and a half years’ of the hard training. When I firstly belonged to the Gymnastics Club I could do almost nothing of even the fundamental art of the back roll, and had got my way through incredible hardships such as tree times of fractures in two years.

 

いくら家内に断捨離を迫られても、この鉛筆だけは捨てられい。
バック転すら出来なかった私が高校から始めた器械体操で、高３でやっと手にした国体出場（第44回長崎国体(1969)）の切符。国体では予選すら通過しなかったけれど、出場選手全員に支給された鉛筆だった。
大した素質もないのに、ただひたすら体操競技に心酔、没頭した高校時代。あらゆる競技でハードな練習の伝説は多いが、現実に私ほど苦しんだ者はそう多くないと自負している。2年半の間に骨折２回、重度の捻挫１回。手のひらの皮は常に剥けていて、常に激痛と闘う練習。一日中体操のことばかり考え、極度の疲労と緊張感で最初の１年は下痢が止まらなかった。

問題の活動領域に該当する緯度のエッジには（薄雲のせいか）、目立った変化はなし。見かけの北極の位置に淡いプロミネンスが・・。

店の前への観測セッティング30秒、撤退20秒と、随分慣れて来ました。＾＾
今朝は、終始雲が激しく流れる悪条件。

また同じような緯度に見えている。

今朝は久しぶりに見応えのあるプロミネンスが見えました。

APM120双眼鏡(f=660mm)＋ES社3Xエクステンダー＋LAVENDURA-40mmでぎりぎりフルディスクが見えるのですが、追尾なしなので、フルディスクを捉えるのは困難です。
眼視では右上のダークフィラメントがすごく印象的だったんですが、手持ちiPhoneではうまく写せず、黒点のようになってしまいました。
下の黒点の左のプラージュも単調に写りました。
